Sarah is a full time PhD student in the School of Science and the Environment at ½Û×Ó¶ÌÊÓƵ. Her research interest is on the impacts of climate change on food security and livelihood adaptation in Sub-Saharan Africa. In particular, she is focusing on women farmers in Nigeria and exploring how they adapt to climate change. Sarah is a member of the Sustainable Environments Research Group (SERG). Her supervisors are Prof Alan Dixon and Dr Kate Ashbrook.

Before commencing her programme, she was a Lecturer at the University of Jos (IJMB Unit), Nigeria, where she taught Human Geography from 2016-2023.
